ABOUT LIFT FITNESS
Getting in shape shouldn't be complicated. My name is Haley Smith and I am an ACE Certified personal trainer who has been training in the seacoast area over the past 4 years. I believe in the power of accountability and the role that a trainer plays in achieving and sustaining results. I am experienced in working with clients with a focus on resistance training while combining cardio and functional movements. The ability to scale workouts becomes important and allows me to work with people of all ages and fitness levels to get the results they want while being safe and efficient. Not only do I focus on the physical aspect of fitness, but also on the importance that nutrition plays in a clients success and well-being. My number one goal is to arm my clients with the tools to live and build their best lives.

Personal training is as tailored as it gets. These one hour sessions are one-on-one so that we are able target your goals and tackle them head-on to get the results you are looking for.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Want to workout with a friend? Small group training allows you and up to two friends to workout together. Not only is this fun, but also allows you to meet your goals while working with others who share the same determination and drive.
My plans are delivered all online - with each plan you receive personalized workouts every 6 weeks, customized macronutrient plans updated weekly to meet goals, accountability through weekly check-ins and through a private Facebook group with other members of the coaching team
INDIVIDUAL WORKOUT PLANS
Want training but aren't in the area? These plans will allow you to walk into the gym and eliminate the guesswork from your workout. Each plan is tailored to your individual goals and is intended to be followed for 6 weeks at a time.
